I moved away and lived in NYC & Columbus for years, and when I used to get my hair done at another salon in Marietta, it was super costly and would take hourssss in the chair every appointment. I eventually found a hairstylist I loved in Columbus, but after moving back to the MOV, I’ve been driving 4 hours round trip every few months just to get my hair done — and really letting it go in between appointments.

I have very fine hair that grows in a super dark ashy brown but lightens quickly in the sun, so my color situation is kind of weird 😂 Not quite brunette when it grows out, not quite blonde when it grows in. After 4 months of winter roots, I was honestly nervous to trust someone local with it again.

I am kicking myself for not going to Anne sooner, seriously!

She blended my hair PERFECTLY. It is the most natural-looking blonde I’ve ever had. Anne is a true blonde specialist. Her foil work is incredible, and she absolutely knows how to do a root tap/smudge for that effortless “lived in” look that still grows out beautifully.

After seeing both my results and the other color work on her Instagram, I fully trust her. Honestly, she made hair feel FUN again instead of just maintenance. I’m already looking forward to another appointment and even considering doing something a little bolder next time because I know I’m in good hands!

She also gave me one of the best trims I’ve ever had. Since my hair is so fine and breaks easily at the ends, I’m always nervous about losing too much length. Anne completely understood my concerns and took extra care with the shape and angles so I could keep my length while still making my hair look healthy and polished.

And as the cherry on top — her pricing was EXTREMELY fair. Much less than I expected to pay, and honestly less than her talent is worth. When I first moved back, other local salons quoted me 6+ hour appointments and prices over $150 MORE than what I pay in Columbus. (And the stylist I see there definitely isn’t “cheap” — she actually does several Columbus Blue Jackets hockey players wives’ hair, so I was shocked local quotes were even higher.)

Anne’s pricing was beyond reasonable, especially considering she truly knows how to create a low-maintenance blonde that grows out beautifully without needing constant touch-ups.
