What is most frustrating is if your manicurist does not speak any English. You have no means of communicating and it causes for misunderstandings and difficulties in the process. I am all for having anyone do my nails but just need some means of communicating.

Called ahead to make sure we would make it in time before closing, it was 5:30. We were told to arrive before 6:30 and arrived at 6:10. The girl at the desk could not have been less friendly..."pick your color" she said, barely making eye contact. My daughter and i were finally taken back at SEVEN THIRTY. I got a pedicure with Sadly shaped nails and polish that had been "oopsed" and corrected several times by the technician. My daughter had an acrylic fill for her birthday. I asked the tech not to use UV light or gel polish as my daughter is only 14. She did anyway. not again. And at $70 for a fill you can actually go to a proper salon.

I go here a lot and it’s so inconsistent. I just left the salon 10 minutes ago and I’m not happy with my nails or pedicure. It should take longer than 50 minutes to get a gel mani and pedicure. It was so rushed that I am now spending my time cleaning up the sloppy nail polish on my toes and picking away the excess gel on my nails. My toe nails aren’t even cut straight; they are jagged and the ends are rough.There are some good nail tech there and unfortunately this time I drew a bad one.
