“Calling was useless. I called for 4 days straight with no answer and getting fwded every time. I finally caught the city bus to Wintersville a week and a half later and finally got someone at the office on a Friday. The guy who does the keys wasn't going to be around until Monday. Monday afternoon, he showed up while I was at work so I called my husband to let him know he had shown up and needed him there and by the time my husband made it outside, the key was already programmed! Just that fast! And I'm mobile again! Thanks Mr. Key! We appreciate your help!!“
