I am extremely surprised by these negative comments. My husband and I just went for our appointments at the same time and it was fantastic. The receptionists were very friendly. Dr. Volk was a man of few words but was polite and straight to the point to both me and my husband.
The woman who helped us pick out our glasses and the one that set up our next appointments were also extremely nice.
I'm not sure why others have had bad experiences but ours were beyond my expectations after reading these reviews. I say take the negative reviews with a grain of salt.

I'm shocked by the negative reviews. I had a great experience. The office was well maintained. The office staff were professional and friendly and answered my questions. Dr. Volk knows his stuff. This makes him focused on accuracy, but not at all unpleasant. His recommendation saved me money in the long run. I'm grateful to them and will return.
whn i've been going his staff and him have been nice to me so if he's bad with others maybe you guys just aren't doing as he says or maybe your just tying to get him fired by leaving bad reviews but him and his staff are great with me and my brother Jon
