“We experienced basement flooding doing the June Wheeling flood due to sump pump not working. Called Apollo and Keith showed up within a few hours. We signed agreement and a full crew was here shortly after. Each employee took the time to shake our hands and introduce themselves. Small thing, but meant a lot. They then told us not to worry, they'd get rid of the carpet, padding and cut out the drywall. They put on fans and left. That evening and again the next morning, Keith called to check in. Can not say enough for the prompt response time and customer service quality.“
