I am pleased with the establishment overall, particularly due to its affordability, which mitigates any potential dissatisfaction. However, during peak periods, there appears to be a tendency to expedite services, which compromises the quality of the nail applications. This is concerning, as it prioritizes quantity over quality, despite the financial transaction being assured. I have had positive experiences with the technician, Jen, who has demonstrated excellent skill in the past. I have been going to see Helen for more than five years and she does a perfect beautiful job every time no matter how much hassle I give her?
She is absolutely wonderful. As long as she is there, I will continue to go. There’s no other place to go that gives you the great service that she and her staff give you. ❤️
I always love my nails. I needed a place that would take my appointments and work in a timely manner. Nick is efficient and I can always count on the same quality of work every visit.
