Charlie, at the store was very friendly & knowledgable. Install was completed in 4 hours for 3 bed rooms, hall & large living room! The two gentlemen who did the install were fast & very sweet guys. They did a great job & cleaned up after. They even took up the old flooring & stacked it nicely on our porch for easy removal. We are very happy with our new carpet & would recommend & hire them again.
If you’re in the market for carpet, hardwoods or any other flooring, you’ll be cheating yourself if you don’t go to this store! I’ve shopped here for the last 20 years and you can’t beat the quality and the pricing! My family goes here as well. The store is family owned and they’ve always treated me like a friend. Even though it’s a drive for me, it’s worth the trip from Dayton.
Greg was great from the start. Cheapest quote I found, he stayed in touch and even though we had one small hiccup in the process, he rectified it within the hour.Installers were here within 2 days and I love the job they did.
