The Mgmt does not listen to clients and has no concept to molding services to fit the client's unique needs and schedules. The person has a peculiar relationship with her employees and seems to cater to them instead of the customers without a trmt plan or understanding this is a business run for profit, Terrible and rigid people to work a tenable schedule for customers!

The management lets them steal things & even break personal items. You are NOT compensated for their destruction & theft of your belongings. A complete headache to have in your space. And there's more, but this tells most of the tale.
