Based on the reviews, the staff at University Hospitals Willowick Health Center are described as super nice, sweet, very helpful, incredible, and terrific. The reception was amazing. The nurses were very kind and supportive. Patients felt calm, cared for, and very well taken care of. The staff listened and got people out fast. The technology-based registration allowed patients to check in before getting there. One patient with two broken bones in her foot received a post-operative shoe and crutch training. The entire staff was helpful, making patients feel good.
Today was the first time I have been to urgent care UHC and everyone was polite and friendly. I was very happy to see such positive people my visit was great 👍🏽 any one that go there will see and hear the positive energy. 😊 Love It

The entire staff were incredible I was nearly dead when I arrived and could barely breathe. But what the help of Kelly Christian and the other great nurses I left feeling good and very well taken care of God bless you all
