Had appt for root touch up and to have some of the blonde darkened at the ends only on the right side from prior 5 weeks earlier. When I arrived, I asked for 1" off the ends. No cut, no highlights. She asked if i wanted bangs cut. I said no. Alex said she would just clean up the bangs a bit. Bangs where to my mouth when i came in. I repeated "No color, No highlights, No hair cut." Alex put some gloss mixture of 3-4 different colors on my whole head. I thought it was just for the blonde bit on my ends. It should have been on just that one section of blonde at the ends. Absolutely terrible my hair is butchered. She just did her own thing and ignored everything I sent her. She took a blade to my face without asking to get rid of some “ peach fuzz” now my face has stubble on it. She also made some pretty insensitive comments while I was in her chair. My bangs are super uneven. I told her to make it face framing and long, and she just destroyed my bangs. she added black highlights, and I had no idea that she did that . she also said she would’ve aborted a baby if she knew had autism.
