Refinery Barbershop and Studio Willoughby

I have nothing but positive things to say about Refinery Barbershop. My partner and I have been going to Hatchi for 10 years since before Refinery Barbershop opened their own brick and mortar shop. We utilized the downtown location for many years and once Willoughby opened we have been going there more recently. The cut for our hair and beard are always consistent and scheduling through the app is a breeze. The atmosphere at the Willoughby location is positive and welcoming and I have seen many completed haircuts by other barbers during my visits. I highly recommend Refinery Barbershop and any barber working there.

Highly recommend to those looking for a quality barbershop. I have been getting cuts from Hatchi for a few years now. He takes pride in his work, has a friendly approach and can provide feedback / ideas when looking to make a style change. As long as I have been going here I have only seen people walk out looking sharp and happy with their cuts.

I have now been going to refinery for more than two years. Everyone at the shop is friendly and professional, a testament to the owner of the shop Hatchi who leads by example. I can truly say that his haircuts have transformed my look . The friendly banter and different topics under discussion at his shop remind you of old fashioned barbershops that used to be the hub of social activity back in the day but gradually lost that appeal when shaving became a morning routine at homes instead of the barbershops. I love my haircuts here and I believe you will too if you give Hatchi a chance .
