“I've had chronic neck and shoulder pain with a gnarly knot in my shoulder blade for decades. Too many years with a desk job, bad posture, and sleeping in the fetal position. I should have gone to a chiropractor years ago, but instead I used deep tissue massages, magnesium spray, so many pillows, and different massage guns. After a handful of visits with Pat, I'm feeling progress, less pain, and the gnarly knot is gone. Still have more work to do but, Pat is the man! Highly recommend.“
