I can't recommend American Building Inspector enough!! As a first-time home buyer, my fiance and I did not know how to go about this process. Maureen has been incredible since our first interaction with her. She made us feel taken care of, did an extremely thorough inspection, and educated us along the way. It's rare to find this level of excellent customer service, good price point, and quality of service all packaged into one.

Maureen was amazing. She took my questions via phone before the inspection, spent a generous amount of time with us during, and followed up within 24 hours. She was great to work with, easy to understand, and beyond thorough. I would request her again in the future!

Outstanding thoroughness, knowledge, attention to detail and willingness to explain findings and impart knowledge. We also found her honesty and integrity in outlining our inspection options and paths prior to the start of work to be very reassuring.We honestly felt like we won the lottery in selecting ABI and Maureen to perform a complete new home inspection. The resulting report was thorough. We couldn't have found a better inspector and highly recommend Maureen specifically, and ABI in general, for any home related inspection or new construction independent review.
