We invited ABV to evaluate our basement leak and explore conservative solutions. After previous experiences with other inspectors, we were understandably concerned. Mike provided honest expectations and came highly recommended by a friend. Despite challenging weather conditions, the crew worked diligently, and it has now been six months without any further issues. We sincerely appreciate their work in resolving our problem—it's been such a relief.

I had ABV come out to investigate a storm sewer problem. They found tree roots in the pipe which was causing water to back up in my driveway. They had to dig up part of the driveway down to the foundation to replace the pipe. In addition, they had to redo a whole section that a previous company had done incorrectly. Mike stayed in touch with me and promptly answered my questions. His workers were pleasant and worked even when it was raining. They did a fabulous job of replacing the sewer pipe, waterproofing the side of the house, and pouring cement in the section of the driveway they had to dig up. They cleaned up the area when done.
