“A friend who brings her cats here recommended this practice, and I'm so grateful she did! For the past 2 years, I've been taking my two small dogs here. The staff are always polite, kind and follow up promptly. While staffing shortages & vet shortages are affecting all practices right now around the country, I'm still VERY satisfied with the customer service! Dr. Carlson in particular has been really wonderful (thorough, caring & honest), although I'm also grateful to Dr. Murray too. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for.“

“I just moved to Cleveland and did not yet have a vet for my cats. One of my cats suddenly stopped eating, so I called Dr. Bedi because LoveNCare is the closest vet to me. I expected to be put on a waitlist or given an appointment several weeks out, but he told me to come in the very next morning! The office is clean and organized, we did not have to wait long at all. Dr. Bedi and his vet tech were professional, kind, and treated my cat very well. Dr. Bedi immediately identified the problem and treated my cat. He explained everything he was doing and asked me before adding any additional services. He also went over the bill with me before and after the visit!
