I just went in to change my specialty wheel locks to a standard and these guys were so nice! Everyone I interacted with was so pleasant and professional. I wish I knew the service rep’s name. That was who I spoke with initially, then he directed me to Eric at the service desk who was so nice and helpful, then the gentleman at the parts desk whom I shared a few laughs with he was so nice as well! And then last but not least, the young man who changed the wheel locks for me! I look forward to being serviced at this location in the future! Good customer service is so hard to come by. I live in Bedford and will certainly be making this trip! Thanks guys

My wife and I purchased vehicles from here in 2024 and we both chose to have the dealership handle registration of our vehicles as we have done in the past.

The registration was never completed for my car, and as a result, it was towed and impounded.

Every time I asked for paperwork, from the title to the registration, there is an issue to where it can't seem to be found.

According to the BMV, and police officers, if the registration was properly completed, I would never have been put in this situation.

I don't normally leave these type of reviews, but if this can happen to me, it can happen to anyone, and Eastside Volkswagen is not doing anything to fix their mistake; only shift blame to the customer.

I bought a 2013 Passat new in 2013. Prior to purchasing this car I researched the safety protocols implemented into VW vehicles. I must say the reviews did not disappoint! To date in 2024 the only repairs I ve had done were routine maintenance. I ve replaced three batteries, ONE overall brake replacements, two new sets of tires, one fuse, and recently a fan for my heater system and of course routine oil changes. Thats it in 11 years! No other repairs were needed after multiple inspections. I ve truly been made to believe in VW German engineering. Also may I add the paint job on my car is still outstanding and shines like the first day I drove it off the lot. I m keeping this car until maximum mileage is reached. Thank you Eastside VW for one of the best vehicle purchases I ever made.

Briefly, avoid them at all cost.
I don't understand how a dealership does NOT have a record of $1,000 transaction that a customer PAID to them.
Instead, they made more expenses due just because they did not have a trace for the $1,000 damn USD that I paid for them. I had to cut short my vacation and pay more fees for a ticket change.
What a disaster! Richard's (finance manager) excuse is that the owners changed. What a complete lie, it had to happen that I knew the owners (which he's still working there) and 2 you don't wipe records when you sell the dealership.

Excellent experience buying a car - the right car - for my son. Place is clean, professional and friendly. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a vehicle.

Can't say enough great things about our salesman, Ron. Great energy, attentive, friendly and not the least bit pushy. Made both my son and I feel welcome and comfortable. This young man is going places.

We'll be reaching out to Ron again in a month or so for another purchase.

I just bought a used VW Atlas. The vehicle had recently been taken in on the lot and had not been detailed when I test drove it. I decided to purchase the vehicle and I am happy to say they did everything they promised and then some. The whole team was very friendly and provided excellent service throughout the entire experience. Our sales consultant, Jordan Hammad, was especially helpful and very patient with all my questions. ? I definitely recommend this dealership and Jordan to anyone looking for a vehicle. I never felt pressured and I always felt welcomed and comfortable. Thank you all again! I love my vehicle!

In October 2023 I purchased a 2021 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport. All for the vehicle to turn out to be a LEMON. this dealership has not been much help as I have been dealing with mechanical issues since Nov 2023. The vehicle has had 2 major repair done in which the service department at this dealership repaired and took them 2 months to do so. The General ManAgee acted as if he was going to be some help he provided me his direct contact to only ignore me. Then had another employee contact me and tell me that they can offer me $1000 off a new purchase. NOT TO MENTION THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUYBACK PROCESS AT THE CORPORATE OFFICE. I will not support this brand any longer as I have no faith in them finding resolution for their customers. I have had 6 vehicle from this brand but this will be my LAST.
