I was trying to send my lady flowers for our anniversary. Somehow I got mixed up with a scammy site that fooled me into thinking it was local florist in Willard. I was able get my money refunded and immediately called an actual local florist, Grandma Violet's. It was 2:45 pm and the flowers needed delivered by 4 pm. I didn't think there was a shot of getting those flowers to my lovely lady. The women that work here are very courteous. I had a beautiful flower arrangement made up for me today for my mother's bday last minute. I wanted purple flowers and she made it happen for me, I appreciate it.

Recently I wanted to send flowers as my grandson and his wife as they just had their first child. I had tried to do business with a local florist in Willard as well as FTD. Both were a disappointment to me for reasons I will not go into. I then called Grandma Violet’s and felt like I hit the jackpot. I am in Connecticut. I spoke with Heather and briefly told her what I needed and left it completely up to her to take care of it for me. She did an amazing job. She was so pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend Grandma Violet’s. This is a great business!!
