Excellent customer service!
Out of the many flower shops in Wickliffe,
You guys were the only ones provided me with choices I was looking for. While the other shop said you’re out of luck. Have a good day. Then to boot my delivery was short of six roses and the Wickliffe Flower Shop immediately sent out the missing roses and apologize profusely great Customer Service thank you
I ordered an arrangement for a special 95th birthday. The flowers were arranged beautifully and delivered on time!! The price was very competitive and I will use this florist again and highly recommend them!!
I needed to order flowers for my cousin who was recovering from surgery and wanted a florist local to Wickliffe. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful and within minutes I had placed my order. She had a gorgeous bouquet delivered within one hour! My cousin was thrilled and so was I.
