Needed multiple items replaced, Mario came out and was professional and thorough with installation and made sure to explain all the work that was performed. Would Highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing or hvac work.
I called, they answered — which, by the way, is more than you can say for most other companies. A man named Virgil showed up within 1 hour. I don't want to make too big a deal out of that, but I will, because it matters.
He looked at AC. He didn't give me a 47-page report. He didn't convene a panel. He fixed it. With his bare hands. In about 40 minutes. The price was fair. When did that become rare?

I feel I really lucked out having Dave and Jeff manage my entire bathroom renovation from start to finish. They were patient and provided clear information to me and my family members, and possess expert knowledge on old homes. They anticipated my needs and exceeded all expectations, including bringing in my papers and taking out the garbage when I was incapacitated. I was very happy with how they navigated my home, taking care when bringing in materials. I highly recommend H. Jack's Plumbing and Heating.
