The people are the worst suppliers I've ever seen. I called in for a part, they told me they had it in stock. I drove over 30 mins to come get and they went...sorry we don't have it it's on back order. Oh well oops. So unprofessional.

As a 30 year experienced technician went here as our company has an account and it was close by. Unfortunately I entered the show room and nobody came for at least 5 minutes. Someone came but walked by me sitting at the service counter. I inquired if anyone was working the counter. In a few minutes several people arrived. I presented a drive belt that was broken and worn so the size was not legible. The first man asked if it was a B size belt as he held the A size belt in his hand. I advised that it was indeed an A belt but I could not determine the size. He then asked me what type of equipment it came off of. I asked why is that relevant I just need a replacement belt.... read full review
