Would whole heartedly recommend. Was very accommodating with schedule and having to make changes. Josh made sure we understood the breakdown of everything that was put in the report. Walked through the property with us to show us the areas of concern. Followed up after the report was sent over to make sure we hadn’t had any additional questions or concerns.
The whole process was fast and easy! I had a super detailed report back within 24 hours. I really appreciated how thorough and efficient he was. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable inspector!
