Josh provided a very comprehensive home inspection and took the time to explain each concern. He even pointed out the things that were not a concern now, but something to keep an eye on in the future. Highly recommend!

Josh done a GREAT JOB inspecting a home we were about to buy. He found many problems that I know I would’ve missed! If you’re buying a home, DON’T SKIP THE INSPECTION! Best price and again, AWESOME job!
