Jamie is amazing!!!! I came in basically hiding my face because of how dry my skin/foundation looked. Every winter is a struggle and I feel so insecure. She happily sat me in her chair and assessed my current routine. I may sound dramatic… but..she changed my life! I’ve had a lot of products recommended before that didn’t suit me—and she really knocked it out of the park. Highly recommend her if you need help/ are chronically dry like me. Entire staff is always so friendly. So glad I went to this location.😊
The most helpful staff! I get followed around stores a LOT due to the color of my skin. But here, I was helped and left alone when I wanted to be. I get overwhelmed when buying makeup due to all the options but the staff helped me make good decisions. I'll be back!
I split my time between Ohio and Florida and have been going to ulta for a few years! My main gal is in Florida but being based in Cleveland and on television here part time I needed to find someone here who I can trust so I can keep up with my highlights in between trips home! I love ulta because they keep your color formula and notes in their system no matter where you go! Taylor P. had the best reviews so I booked with her and she is just all around INCREDIBLE! Such a talented stylist, professional, personable, and knows about all things hair to get you what you are looking for! Seriously love her!
