I needed a quick, last minute appointment for a trim. I was able to schedule with Ruby Parkes, and was not disappointed! Kinda walked in "blind", so was a little apprehensive. Ruby took her time and listened to what I needed. She did a great job, and is such a sweet person. Highly recommend.

Victoria had such a joyful presence. She gave me a little perfume sample and interacted with such generosity with her kindness. I had a day where I didn’t interact with a lot of people and her cheerful conversation with me made all the difference.

i haven’t gotten my hair professionally done in YEARS ! if y’all need your hair done please go to Kalie at Ulta Beauty store in westlake !!!!!! she literally took me from a black to cherry red in less than 3 hours without bleach !!! ?? and gave me a nice, healthy trim without losing my length ? so blessed for this i’m so obsessed thank you again babe !!!!
