I called and needed drum sticks they guy I believe to be the owner of the shop. Was very welcoming and stuck me as a guy who knows music instantly loved the place will definitely visit again
I had an excellent experience with their customer service and repair pricing. When my daughter’s violin split at the seam, I was worried the repair would cost hundreds. Instead, they fully repaired and restrung it for under $100. The gentleman I spoke with was especially helpful. He took the time to explain the value of older instruments like ours rather than trying to upsell me on a new one. It’s clear they’re knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely enjoy what they do. A pleasure to work with from start to finish.
These guys are the best! Picked up a new guitar and Dan got my set up complete in under an hour on a Thursday night with late notice. Great Pricing and I have never dealt with someone that has more knowledge than Dan does with guitar equipment. I will not go to another store. Thanks again. -Drew
