Families in Westlake and surrounding communities trust Horizon ATA to help students grow stronger physically and mentally through the life-changing power of martial arts. Reviews share that one son tried karate at Horizon when he was 3.5 and later insisted it was the only place he wanted to do karate. The instructors encourage and motivate the kids, make lessons fun, and know the kids' names by the first day. Another family says classes have been amazing for their son at home and at school. The instructors are patient, kind, and find a great balance of taking the classes seriously, teaching discipline and respect, and infusing fun and silliness. One whole family goes there and describes respect, good guidance, and absolute extra kindness for an autistic son. Another son loves karate and the program has taught him to open up and have a voice.
My husband and I highly recommend Horizon ATA. Mr.Clemens and Mr.Coley have been great with our son. He has grown in his confidence, and self defense. We have seen such such a change. They take the time to invest in each student. If you let them know whar your child is struggling with confidence, bullies, etc they will take them to to address that in classes.
Thank you for all the time you have and continue to invest into Nick.
Mr. Clemens and Mr. Coley are wonderful instructors and people. They are energetic, knowledgeable, kind, and encouraging. They make their classes fun and educational. We switched from another local studio and our son found a renewed love of the sport with Horizon ATA. Their professionalism is outstanding and you will not be disappointed with these two instructors. We highly recommend Horizon ATA and Mr. Clemens and Mr. Coley.
We have had a great experience at Horizon ATA and my son loves going to the classes. Brad and Chad are wonderful with all of the kids, while teaching respect and discipline at the same time.
