Melanie is by far the best hairstylist ever! As a new client, I didn't know what to expect since this was my first time getting a perm. She walked me through the process and took the time to get to know my hair and asked lots of detailed questions. Typically I don't chit chat alot with new people, but we talked alot and she even made my boyfriend feel welcome as well. I never had someone really take the time to explain the the after care of my hair really well like she did. I was comfortable enough to mention that I have Autism and other health conditions. Yesterday I went to Head Quarters at Crocker Park for a cut and blow dry. It was my first time meeting Melanie and I could not have had a better experience. I felt Melanie was honest in her opinions of what I was looking for and took her time educating me on the best way to style and take care of my hair. I will definitely be a permanent client of Melanies' from now on as the time spent with her was worth every penny. Thank you again for a fun day!!! P.S. I had an appointment today with Nia and she certainly did not disappoint! She took the time to talk about my hair, concerns, and gave recommendations on how I can better care for my hair. My cut is absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted. I wish I could give her 10 stars. Thank you, Nia for bringing my hair back to life!
