I'm not usually that kinda customer who comes in close to closing, but we went to another location & they were closed early (sooner than listed hours). We were disappointed, but my son needed a haircut before school started, so we went here. Thankfully, they were still open & took us, even though it was within the last ½ hour before closing time. I was so appreciative.

I just went to the Great Clips at Savanna Commons in Westlake, Ohio and got one of the best haircuts of my life. My stylist was Rosemary who was very nice and took her time. The new owner came by to check on her work and add the finishing touches to make it an extraordinary haircut. Thank you both!!I will be back soon.

I have a port installed for dialysis I can't get wet. Showers are out and washing hair in sync sucks. I have been visiting after treatment. Know many of the girls and they treat me great.
