Fransua, Lawrence and all of their staff at this training studio are top notch professionals! We take our son and some of his team mates here for cross fit, speed, agility, yoga and power training. They do age specific development that grows the young man or woman mentally and physically. The training matures along with the young athletes. The back of the house weight room and training facility are perfect for all this type of training. Lawrence is, by far, the very best personal trainer I have ever had. Each and every workout is unique and custom designed for my physical needs as a cancer survivor who is 62 years old.
