Always a fun experience at Eye Candy. Its a great way to change up how you look and how you feel. People there are great, always willing to show you styles and encourage you to step outside your normal, everyday comfort zone, looking for the unique you. On day one of a five-day business trip, my glasses snapped clean in half while I was cleaning them. Panic doesn’t even begin to cover it. I rarely wear contacts because they’re uncomfortable, I only had *one* pair of daily contacts with me, and my prescription sunglasses. I had 90 minutes before my next meeting and absolutely had to fix the situation fast.

I have a very difficult prescription, and it’s always been a challenge for providers to get my lenses right. Amanda and Steve at Eye Candy were incredible. They were confident their Zeiss lab — in Kentucky or Germany — could handle it, and they were absolutely right.
I chose a pair of fantastic blue frames that really complement my face and style. For years my lenses have been thick, but Eye Candy was able to use 1.74 glass lenses that are the thinnest I’ve ever had. They took a bit longer since they were made in Germany, but the first-time quality was perfect.
