“I came to Shine Acupuncture a year ago for extreme pain caused from sciatica throughout my leg. Shannon explained the process and treatments began that afternoon. It was actually a very relaxing experience and the pain subsided quickly. Shannon explained some stretching exercises that I could do on my own that would contribute to my well being in the area of my back where the nerve was being affected.
