“We used M3 Construction in the fall of 2025 to complete a front and rear decks as well as pour a concrete slab for a lower patio. The job involved removing the existing wood deck and paver patio and replacing with TimberTech boards and aluminum rails. They were also able to add a staircase on the rear deck which was a major quality of life improvement. They communicated very well, stayed within the time estimate, and were very thorough and professional throughout. They handled all the permits and inspections and were excellent as far as attention to detail. My wife and I were extremely happy with the results and look forward to enjoying our new outdoor spaces once the weather warms up again. We wouldn’t hesitate to use M3 again for future projects.“

“We hired Three D to replace an old staircase at our back door that lacked a landing and was not working with a new storm door we installed. The new finished staircase, made from Timbertech and aluminum railings is better in every way giving us the landing we need and looks fantastic. “Chad and his team did a great job. They removed the old deck and added a cover paver patio integrated into the house with a firepit are and seating area. It looks great! I had a few pavers crack on 6 months and his team came out the same week to replace them. They have a great warranty.“
