“We used M3 Construction in the fall of 2025 to complete a front and rear decks as well as pour a concrete slab for a lower patio. The job involved removing the existing wood deck and paver patio and replacing with TimberTech boards and aluminum rails. They were also able to add a staircase on the rear deck which was a major quality of life improvement. They communicated very well, stayed within the time estimate, and were very thorough and professional throughout. They handled all the permits and inspections and were excellent as far as attention to detail. My wife and I were extremely happy with the results and look forward to enjoying our new outdoor spaces once the weather warms up again. We wouldn’t hesitate to use M3 again for future projects.“
