My insurance is accepted here and it is close, so I read several reviews and made an appointment. However, I had my reservations after reading some reviews I have not been for an eye exam in 20+ yrs. Everyone was great! And Dr. Maria Fragoulis was fantastic. i did NOT have to wait and NO ONE hovered over me while I picked my frames. I was able to get a pair of nice frames for $9.99. Great experience. I would definitely recommend the Schrock Rd. location in Westerville 😊
I visited Walmart vision center today 10/8/24 and was very pleased with the services i received. The staff member i worked with was Brittany when i walked in she greeted me and helped me get ready for my exam she was friendly and very knowledgeable. I was in and out i did not have a long wait i would recommend this business. Thank you Brittany !!
The eye exam was fine. Great doctor. However, I was eligible to get glasses due to my insurance. I had no idea that there are aggressive salespeople there - followed me around, handing me frames. I told her I wanted to shop around, but was not left alone. This is no way makes me want to get my frames there. Lost a customer.
