I visited Walmart vision center today 10/8/24 and was very pleased with the services i received. The staff member i worked with was Brittany when i walked in she greeted me and helped me get ready for my exam she was friendly and very knowledgeable. I was in and out i did not have a long wait i would recommend this business. Thank you Brittany !!
The eye exam was fine. Great doctor. However, I was eligible to get glasses due to my insurance. I had no idea that there are aggressive salespeople there - followed me around, handing me frames. I told her I wanted to shop around, but was not left alone. This is no way makes me want to get my frames there. Lost a customer.
My frames were damaged at work and were replaced for free and under warranty. She noticed imperfections on the lenses and ordered new ones free of charge also. They came in very quickly and replaced very quickly. Much appreciated!
