I want to share that our experience getting new tires was seamless and easy and I attribute this to Andrew, front desk attendant! He was magnificent and I hope that Tire Discounters knows how extremely talented and professional he is with his job. He calmly walked us thru our options, explained and answered all of my random questions and handled the continuous phone ringing, line of customers and questions from the shop with no frustration - just multitracked and calmly helped everyone! He is a treasure to your organization!!

I am so happy!!! Firestone on South State Street said my flat tire needed to be replaced instead of patched, and that I should buy 2 new tires (cause you shouldn't buy 1). I took it here for a second opinion and they said my tire had a lot of tread left on it and it was an easy repair. They fixed it in a few minutes! They saved me $1k! I like their honesty and I will come here for my tires!

Andrew B. was attentive when I first called the shop. He took the time to explain what availability he had to fix my tire giving me options that worked for the both of us. When I called back to see if he could see me sooner, he not only could but he was honest and transparent about how much time he would need. Very personable when writing up the invoice at checkout and all around made me feel like a valuable customer and not just a number. Thanks Andrew, for being patient, kind and personable. You stand out above the rest.
