I can’t say enough great things about Sterling K9 Resort! From the moment we walked in, the staff was so welcoming and made me feel completely at ease leaving my pup in their care. The facility is clean, spacious, and clearly designed with dogs’ comfort and safety in mind.
My pup came home happy, relaxed, and looking amazing after grooming. The groomers did a fantastic job—he looked fresh, smelled great, and you could tell they handled him with so much love and patience.

We chose Sterling K9 Retreat when choosing to board our dog for the first time rather than getting a pet sitter. We are glad we did, he loves to play with other dogs and we felt at ease knowing he was safe and also having a good time! The staff was amazing and the daily report cards were a treat while we were traveling. We looked forward to the pictures and/or video everyday!
You know it's a fun and happy place when all of the regulars getting dropped off enter the door wiggling with excitement with their tails wagging!
Sterling K9 emergency grooming was a LIFESAVER when our dog was sprayed by a skunk. I can’t say enough good things about Sophie and the team. They saw us same day and the results were better than we could have hoped. They were attentive, SO kind, and just what our family needed during a stressful event. Highly recommend to anyone who needs emergency grooming services and more!
