I typically don’t leave reviews, but my recent experience with R2 has been incredibly frustrating. We encountered a serious situation with a shipment, and despite numerous attempts to get help, communication from this broker was unresponsive and inefficient. The driver had to wait for hours in harsh weather conditions with no clear instructions or support, and when the receiver refused the load, I was left with very few options. I had to take matters into my own hands and find a cross dock facility to get the load off, but the broker was not supportive of this solution, even though it was in everyone’s best interest to unload the freight ASAP. I did update my carrier packet on highway that I called Ivan he is not answer me the another guy Pick up the phone he said we can't work with you I asked him why he is so cool he said leave me don't call me why I was so nice to him I see R-2 logistics deserve zero stars he is so rude to me

SCAM COMPANY! AVOID!!! Take off the loads without letting the carrier know. Re-sell the loads for the cheaper rate. Don't want to pay TONU and hang up the phone constantly. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! SCAM!!!
