It's not often that I write reviews however in this case I felt the need to do so.I recently had the pleasure of working with Chase, who called 15 minutes prior to arriving as I had asked as well as showing up early. Chase was able to offer some recommendations for prolonging the life of my carpet and how to handle certain stains. In addition to his knowledge he was able to go above and beyond what I was looking for when it came to cleaning my carpet. I was very pleased with William. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He was very courteous and loved my dog. He even shoveled my sidewalk and part of my driveway. Also, got up into my crawl space to check the pipe going to the outside faucet (which had frozen due to the early freezing weather). Plus, the carpets looked great. Thank you.
