We used M3 Construction in the fall of 2025 to complete a front and rear decks as well as pour a concrete slab for a lower patio. The job involved removing the existing wood deck and paver patio and replacing with TimberTech boards and aluminum rails. They were also able to add a staircase on the rear deck which was a major quality of life improvement. They communicated very well, stayed within the time estimate, and were very thorough and professional throughout. Jacob Mason was recommended to me by word of mouth to work on a house extension (400 sq ft), gutting and renovation of the attic, and installation of a dormer and window in the attic stairway. We worked with his architect to finalize the plans using a CAD software, which facilitated decision-making and allowed for good input from Tim (the architect) and Josh Mason.
The project also included pouring a concrete walkway and garage apron, installation of a gravel patio, sod for the backyard. Jake and Josh were easy to work with, they were responsive to our questions and requests throughout the project. Our garage addition turned out great and the subcontractors were all very nice. I would definitely recommend M3 Construction.
