“Fred Ball actually answered the phone, not AI. He came to replace my lock on the same day I called him. He’s friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He not only replaced my lock and also ensured that I would never be locked out of my house again.”
“Nick, out of the Canal Winchester office did a great job of helping me out with having to have a new key and fob created for my daughter’s car. Ran into an issue with it not wanting to reprogram and he was able to figure out the issue, and came back the next day with the new wire and got her back into her car.
Arrived within the window app. Sent you a picture of the tech that was coming to assist.”
“Absolutely the best experience! Called for a non-emergency appointment to get a new coded key fob for my Dodge, and Shai got me in the next day. In the time he texted me he had arrived to when I walked out to greet him -- door was open and he had a new key in hand. He even had the booster on the battery as I requested! Probably saved me over 300+ dollars on going through a dealership. Thanks for the great service, Shai!”
