As first time home buyers looking to make our space feel like home, a mice infestation was the last thing we wanted on our hands. After two weeks into our new home, we noticed mice droppings in the kitchen as well as some gnawed-on hamburger buns. To say we were disturbed was an understatement. we immediately called multiple pest control services to compare quotes (and, quite frankly, customer service). The larger businesses all rudely pushed/shamed us to get on a monthly plan and yet couldn't tell us what actions they'd take to remedy our situation. We had Eddie from Jenkins Pest Control come out to assess our attic for for suspected mice. From the first call back from him we felt we were in reliable and knowledgeable hands. The thing that’s so wonderful about Eddie right off the bat is his genuine and friendly demeanor. During the call we made arrangements for him to come out a couple days later.The day of the appointment he called to let us know when he was on the way and he showed up promptly. Jenkins Pest Solutions is everything advertised - SOLUTIONS. The first time I had Eddie of Jenkins Pest Solutions out it was to eradicate mice that (seemed to be everywhere). He is so knowledgable about the habits of these pests and was able to cover all of the ways mice could gain entry. He 100% solved the problem.
