I’m a faithful client of Jim in the Westerville store. He always makes me look better. I know that he knows my “head” and suggests things. Knows his stuff! My husband and I are both clients.

I checked in online in advance and was able to get right in when I got there. The staff was very friendly and made sure they knew what I wanted before starting the haircut. I was surprised that the prices went up again but still felt it was a good value. This is my regular salon and I will definitely be going back again.

I had such a positive experience and got so many compliments on my haircut afterwards. The stylist I had was very friendly and did a great job checking in with me on my hair and the wait time was so short! I wish I remembered her name (I went April 9th around 12:30pm). I will definitely be returning to this location again the next time I need a haircut. Highly recommend! :)
