I was initially hesitant to contact Eco for my HVAC inspection and repair, but I’m so glad I did. Leyton Gibson provided exceptional service from start to finish. He performed a very thorough inspection, clearly explained every step of the process, and identified issues that other technicians had missed. His professionalism, patience in answering all my questions, and deep knowledge of HVAC systems gave me complete confidence in the work being done. Trevon, Michelle and Eco HVAC were good. They showed up on time and inspected the AC system for possible problems. They also gave me some good recommendations for prevention and regular maintenance. "Update" system quit 3 hrs after they left. The next morning I scheduled another appointment with Jake L. to figure out what was wrong. He diagnosed the system and determined we needed a new blower motor and ECM control module. Jake ordered the parts and said he would follow-up with me. He did everything he said he would do. Good service, on-time, good communication, very respectful of my home, including using shoe covers. Very clear on what he was repairing with my plumbing issues and made sure he answered any questions had. I highly recommend ECO for any issues you may have in your home (electrical, plumbing or HVAC).
