ECO canceled our two previous appointments at the last minute due to “emergency services.” When we finally had a scheduled appointment, the technician never showed up and we received no notification. They then dispatched another technician and asked us to wait an additional hour, but he also never arrived. To make matters worse, the appointment was marked as completed and we were asked to leave a review. Very frustrating experience and a significant waste of our time.

Denis B was great for our water heater install (we haven’t used it as it’s only been a few hours). He provided a clear “map” of the work when he first arrived, left no trail of mess, and even had the space cleaner than we he started. He also took the time to very clearly go over the changes and functions once complete. Overall a nice, simple experience.
Denis did a great job of installing my tankless hot water heater. He took his time and was very thorough.
