I know most reviews are bad for this place but my experience has been good from day one. I was able to reschedule the 24 hrs a couple of times with no issues.
When I saw the reviews about how difficult it was to schedule drives, I called them and talked to them about my concerns.
They explained to me that I need to be on the lookout for the day that they open drives, which I did.
You have to login around 8:45 AM and refresh your browser constantly on until they show up. Pick your dates quickly. Keep in mind that these are for the following month.

Brooke Dowell is a very kind and amazing instructor. Always gave us feedback about how the lesson went and what needs to be worked on. Prompt and informed us about the next steps. Thank you so much for being so thoughtful Brooke. Glad that we got you as our instructor.
The classroom was good but impossible to schedule drive time. It has been months. I've never seen an evening time open, only one slot during the middle of my daughter's school day. I called the main office and they said that new slots open on the 14th of that month and they are filled instantly. The 14th was a week ago and slot no new openings. Don't take my money if you can't provide the service.
