Max is extremely competent, professional, diagnostic, and friendly. I patronize Compumax, in part, because it is a small Westerville business and have done so for more that a decade.

I'm a PC gamer, and build my own desktops. So I have a decent working knowledge of computers. Despite that, I can spend days working on a problem, fail, and then take it to Max, who fixes it in a day or two. He has never failed to fix any issues I have over the past five years, and he always is friendly and informative. The prices are more than reasonable, and you know you're well taken care of. Absolutely stellar service start to finish.

I've been a customer at CompuMax about a year. Wish I had discovered Max (the owner's name) much earlier. Max is a wizard. He has bailed me out of so many computer problems in the last year I've lost count. There does not appear to be anything computer related that Max doesn't know, or any problem he can't fix. Plus, he will take the time to explain everything to you, what's wrong, the options for fixing it, why he thinks a particular option may be the best, and then give you the freedom to choose the option you want (if it might be different for some reason from the one he recommends).
