I experienced partial power loss at my house and after checking and resetting the breakers, I was still having issues. I reached Bradley Electric and Rob Hall provided prompt and professional advice. He quoted me rates for electrical troubleshooting and availability to get on their schedule. When I called back (before starting hours mind you) to see if I could get on the schedule, Rob answered my call and gave me some great advice. He advised me to reach out to my electric provider first since it was a partial power loss. He suspected there might be trouble on the line and told me that the provider would check for free. I submitted an outage request to my provider and the issue turned out to be trouble on my line. Bradley Electric and especially Rob Hall impressed me greatly. They never met me, but were willing to help me find a solution even if it didn't mean money in their pocket. If I need an electrician in the future, Bradley Electric will be my first call.
