Better than most Walmart hair salons I've been to. I called to make an appointment and they had the ability to fit me in really quickly with no problem. The workers were all extremely nice and quick to make sure I was greeted. They also chatted with me while cutting my hair and while I was waiting. I did have to wait a few minutes after I arrived (I arrived a few minutes early so I think they started my cut two minutes after my appt time).I will say I felt a bit frustrated by one thing, the lady cutting my hair never stopped to ask about how I'd like my side burns or nape shaped (I prefer a point vs flat) but I also should've mentioned that beforehand.
