I needed electric service ran for a hot tub. This required running everything from the panel to the exterior of my home, installing disconnects and wiring everything up over the course of several days.
Carl was very knowledgable and efficient in everything. He knows the proper codes inside and out. All of his work was neat and tidy.
Carl was above and beyond what I expected. There is a reason why he is the best electrician around, and it shows in his work.
So I had an emergency HVAC issue. HVAC repair people came out. No power to the unit. Had to call an electrician. This electrician located a switch on an opposite wall sort of unmarked and hidden and didn’t up charge me for unnecessary repairs and found the issue. I felt a little stupid but also relieved. It helps to have those that both respond quickly and know what they’re doing.
Had an outlet that melted and cut off power to half of my office (didn't know it at the time, thought there was just a loose one in the chain). Called Schoen at 8 am, Carl was out by 9 am and had everything up and running again in no time. He also identified and replaced a suspect outlet and fixed a few things that had been bothering me about an outlet further down the chain too.
Overall a pain-free experience with an electrician who was punctual and professional. I highly recommend Schoen Electric and will be turning to them first for all my future electrical work.
