Katie Phillips and her staff were wonderful to work with. They were attentive and accommodating. The facility is nice, and there is signage to direct you to each office. The restrooms were very clean.
This is for the 3900 suite ENT department. I can't find them specifically on Google Maps, but I am going out of my way to say how phenomenal the staff was in the ENT department today.
Ashley, the medical assistant that came in to get a rough draft of my situation before I met Austin Vickrey, was a ball of sunshine. Austin was very thorough and very attentive to hear what all I've tried to do, with the run around Southwest ENT gave me.

I just got transferred over to here from a different hospital, and the nurse was so rude when she was drawing my blood. She told me to “ suck it up” cause i was crying because i am afraid of needles.
